President Ramchandra Paudel has made it clear that he will continue faithfully to save the current constitution and federal democratic republic. He said this while addressing the 16th anniversary of Janjyoti Campus Bhimad Tanahun and the opening ceremony of the newly constructed building on Friday.
He mentioned that he has two approaches and programs to make Tanahun district a special district and said, "One is to make GP Koirala Respiratory Center a teaching hospital and the other is Bhanu Literary Park, thus making Tanahun a special district."
President Paudel expressed the opinion that it is necessary to ensure sufficient budget, physical infrastructure and technology, trained and skilled teachers and managerial order in the education sector, which is the backbone of the country's development. He said that a national approach and a clear, transparent, objective and timely education policy is necessary.
As guaranteed by the constitution, ensuring easy, accessible and quality education is the need of the day, he said, adding that knowledge capital is the greatest capital that lays the foundation for physical development, culture and civilization.
