Four go missing in landslide in Jumla

Four persons went missing when a landslide occurred in Patarashi Rural Municipality in Jumla district today. The landslide occurred at Tungtung of Lekhidhunga.

Similarly, two others injured in the incident — Suk Bahadur Nepali and Tara Nepali — are reported to be in serious condition, according to Jumla District Police Office Chief Dan Bahadur Thapa. He said that two more injured in the landslides are yet to be identified. It has been reported that they had been there in search of herbals.

Jumla's Assistant Chief District Officer (CDO), Nanda Raj Chaulagain, informed that the search operation will be conducted soon following favourable weather for the same.
