The deceased has been identified as Padma Bahadur Raskoti, 60, of Gurbhakot Municipality-14, Surkhetak.
He succumbed to his injuries at Mehalkuna Hospital at around 7.30 pm, according to the Surkhet Police.
The injured have been identified as Padam Shahi, 31, Gopal Pun, 45, and Purnakala Pun, 42. They are undergoing treatment at Mehalkuna Hospital, police said.
