Plane crash: 3 returning from funeral dead

3 who were returning to Pokhara after paying homage to Pasteur, who had died in Kerala, India, are victims of Yeti Airline plane crash.

Anil Shahi, Raju Singh Thakuri and Ravin Hamal of Nadipur Church lost their lives in the Yeti Airlines crash on Sunday.

Shahi, who is running Apostle FM in Pokhara, is from Nadipur, while Raju Singh lived in the church and was from Pokhara.

Dilip Gaik, a member of the Nadipur Church, informed that they died in the accident while returning to Pokhara after paying their respects from Kerala, India.

It has been confirmed that 69 people died in the accident of Yeti Airlines plane coming from Kathmandu to Pokhara. 3 people are still missing. The bodies of the deceased have been kept at the Pokhara Institute of Health Sciences. A team of doctors including 2 forensic experts from Kathmandu are now conducting the post-mortem.

Unidentified dead bodies will be taken to Kathmandu for autopsy.
