Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has claimed that the problem of the shortage of oxygen and oxygen cylinders that the country had been facing has been resolved.
During an interaction with the media today PM Oli mentioned that the problem had been resolved by bringing oxygen and oxygen cylinders from other countries.
“At one point we did face a problem but now the country no more faces any problem of shortage of oxygen or oxygen cylinders,” the prime minister claimed. He added that the problem related to the unavailability of ventilators had also been resolved.
Prime Minister Oli stated that even when the government had to spend Rs 50,000 to bring a cylinder via an airplane the government had done that so that the people would not face any health problems.
The prime minister mentioned that the number of infections had been gradually tapering and he believed that the spread of the coronavirus would be controlled very soon in the country.
