Poet Pratibha KC, who is doing her literary works being based in the UK for a long, has been honoured with ANESAS Suprama Iprama Prize.
KC was selected for the prize for her outstanding contribution to the development and promotion of Nepali literature in the UK. The prize was set up by poet Ishwar Manandhar in memory of late father.
KC has almost half a dozen literary creations including Belayatma Kabi Ra Kabitaharu (Poets and Poems in the UK), Pravashka Aksharharu (Diaspora Writings), and others in her credit.
Prior to this, literary figures Mukesh Rai, Kedar Sanket, Krishna Bajgain and many others were honoured with this prize.
