A father has died due to the beating of his son in Tehrathum. 53-year-old Bhakta Bahadur Bhandari of Chhathar rural municipality-5 Thakuri tol of the district has died due to beating. This morning Bhandari was hit on the head by his own son, 24-year-old Tank, who was threshing rice.
Bhandari, who was injured, was taken to Chhathar Hospital for treatment by the neighbors and the police team deployed from the Sukrabaare post. But Bhandari died during the treatment, District Police Office Tehrathum said. The office said that the search for the son, who was absconding after hitting the father with a musli, is continuing. According to the police, the son attacked the father in a domestic dispute.
