The houses belonging to Min Bahadur BK (39) and Manarama BK (33) in Nabi came at the risk of landslides after the incessant rain.

According to Baglung District Police Office, the houses have come at the risk of landslides as debris fell from 10 metres above.

It has been reported that police reached the site after the incident. Meanwhile, members of the two families have been taking shelter at the neighbours' house.

Landslides and cave-in of land have occurred at different places following the torrential rain. However, no casualties have been reported, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Iqbal Hawari at the DPO informed. He said that people in the region should stay alert as there was a possibility of more landslide and flood due to the incessant rain.

Most places of the country are expected to receive more rainfall than average as the monsoon is in full swing.,
