The result of local level election 2022 AD in Doti has been made public. Nepali Congress has become taken the lead in the district in this local level election. Out of the nine local levels of the district, the Nepali Congress has won in seven local levels and lost in two municipalities by a narrow margin.

The Nepali Congress has won the post of vice-chairman of the defeated Bogtan Fudsil village municipality. In the local level election of 2017 AD, the Nepali Congress was limited to three municipalities. Nepali Congress candidate Deepak Kumar Bista has lost by only 37 votes in Jorayal village municipality while Dil Bahadur Bam of Nepali Congress has lost by 124 votes in Bogtan Fudsil village municipality.

The Nepali Congress has won the vice-chairmanship of the municipality. Out of the total 65 wards of the district, Nepali Congress has won in 39 wards while CPN (UML) has won in 19 wards. The CPN (Maoist Center) has won in four wards while the CPN (Unified Socialist) has to settle for only one ward. Rastriya Prajatantra Party has won in one ward. RPP has won in KISingh village municipality-7.

Similarly, an independent candidate has won for the post of ward chairman of Dipayal Silgadhi Municipality-2. Rajendra Khadka, who was elected as the ward chairman by the Nepali Congress in the local election of 2017 AD, had stood in the election as an independent candidate as this time as he did not get a ticket from the party.

 Dipayal Silgadhi Municipality - Chief: Bajisin Khadka 'Vijay', Deputy Chief: Kalpana Saud, Shikhar Municipality - Chief: Dirgha Bahadur Balayer, Deputy Chief: Sunita Rawal, Purvi Chowki Village Municipality-President: Ram Prasad Upadhyay, Vice President: Pashupati Devi Khadka , Badikedar Gaonpalika - Chairman: Bhairav ​​Bahadur Saud, Vice Chairman: Dammari Kumari Bisht, Adarsh ​​Gaonpalika - Chairman: Ganesh Bahadur Khadka, Vice Chairman: Laxmi Rokay, Sayal Gaonpalika - Chairman: Dharmaraj Joshi, Vice Chairman: Nirmala Bohra Oli, KISingh Gaonpalika - Chairman: Lokendra Bahadur Shahi, Vice Chairman : Meenadevi is living in Bista.

Similarly, the CPN-UML has won the post of Chief and Deputy Chief of Jorayal Village Municipality-Chairperson: Durgadatta Ojha, Vice-Chairperson: Jamuna Bohara, while the CPN-Maoist Center has elected Bogtan Fudsil Village Municipality-Chairperson: Kamal Gadsila and Vice-Chairperson from Vishna Deuba Bam (Nepali Congress).
