Members of the House of Representatives (HoR) infected with coronavirus will be allowed to take part in the House meeting, according to Federal Parliament Secretariat.
At least 25 lawmakers including ministers have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
All the lawmakers will be allowed to take part in the parliament session on Monday as Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will take the vote of confidence, the secretariat informed.
Those contracting coronavirus infection will be placed separately and could take part in the vote of confidence.
At least two dozen HoR members including Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Bhanubhakta Dhakal; Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Top Bahadur Rayamajhi; Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizen Juli Kumari Mahato have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
PM Oli had earlier announced to take the vote of motion even when the prohibitory order has been issued in more than 56 districts including Kathmandu valley.
A meeting of the Business Advisory Committee will decide on the voting process for the infected parliamentarians, the Parliament Secretariat informed.
