A central member of Nepali Congress, Balkrishna Khand, is likely to be appointed a minister in the cabinet of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
The NC has been preparing to make a small cabinet in which leader Khand who is also Chief Whip of Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party, will be inducted.
