Sudurpaschim province Chief Minister Trilochan Bhatta has said that Tihar festival is festival of social unity and sharing of happiness.
In a message of best wishes on the occasion of the Tihar festival, he said it contributes to tying everyone in the bond of mutual goodwill, fraternity and unity while sharing happiness.
He has wished for the happiness, peace, prosperity, good health and continued progress to everyone on the occasion of Tihar. CM Bhatta has urged all to celebrate the festival by adopting the health safety protocols against COVID-19 determined by the government as well.
