Startup companies contribute to innovative ideas, investors

Secretary at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Pramila Devi Bajracharya has said that the 'Startup and Idea Fest 2023' would be helpful to those aspiring to do something within the country.

Inaugurating the Startup and Idea Fest 2023 on Friday in the Capital City, she stated that this Fest would contribute largely to those working in the area of innovation and the investors alike.

Likewise, addressing the event, former Minister for Science and Technology Ganesh Shah urged not to quit halfway after entering into the startup ventures.

He also asked the government, banks and financial institutions to facilitate the startups to flourish.

On the occasion, Managing Director of ICT Foundation Rajan Lamsal said that the ICT Award was organized to encourage the youths who are working to explore something new within the country.

For the ICT Award, the ICT-based startup companies can file their nomination for the Award and the final result will be announced on December 22.

A total of 80 stalls for exhibition have been kept in the Fest, which will end on Saturday.
