Lalitpur FC beat Butwal Lumbini FC by 1-0 in the second playoff match of the Nepal Super League (NSL). The game was played at the Dasarath Rangala on Wednesday. Both teams were scoreless in the first half.
Lalitpur City FC’s striker Anjan Bista scored a diving header at 62 minutes which came to be the decisive goal in the game. The winning goal from Anjan Bista helped Lalitpur City FC reach the semi Final of NSL.
Lalitpur City FC will face Kathmandu Rayzrs on Thursday. This is the second time the two teams will play against each. In their last meeting, Kathmandu Rayzr beat Lalitpur City FC 1-0.
The winner of this game will reach the finals of NSL and play against Dhangadhi FC.
