Nepal's gold medalists Bishal and Sanam

Bishal Paudel and Sanam Mulguthi have won gold for Nepal in the 55th Asian Bodybuilding and Physics Sports Championship held in Kathmandu.

In the championship organized by the Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation and managed by the Nepal Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, Bishal won the gold in the men's junior bodybuilding above 75 kg weight, beating India's Kumar Anil.

Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, India, Kazakhstan, Macau, Maldives, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Vietnam are participating in the championship, which is the first big competition in the bodybuilding competition.
