Generally, the onset of the Spring Season is a time for cardamom flowers and buds. But, this year, the cardamom plant is wilted. Even the trees that provide shade and help to keep the soil damp for cardamom are getting dry.
A total of 380 metric tons of cardamom was sold in the district in the year, according to the Prime Minister's Agriculture Modernization Project Implementation Unit Lamjung.
