Police in Jhapa district on Sunday morning arrested a youth on charge of having unnatural intercourse with a nine-year-old minor from Lasunganj in Jhapa Rural Municipality-1.
Police on Sunday evening arrested 3 youths from Jhapa Bazaar in Jhapa Rural Municipality-2 in possession of 530 milligrams of brown sugar and also recovered 2 sets of digital measurement scale, mobiles, and Rs 59,000 from them.
