Nepal has finally been successful to bag a medal in the ongoing 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.

In the women's kabaddi of Hangzhou Asiad, Nepal became the runner-up of Group 'B' and entered the semi-finals.

Thirty-eight nations have so far won the medals under the ongoing 19th Asian Games while China continues to remain at the top of medal tallies.

Nepal, which strengthened its chances of winning a medal in women's kabaddi at the end of the 19th Asiad, lost to Iran.
