A person who came to Nepal after killing a friend in Malaysia has been arrested. Further investigation is ongoing in coordination with the Malaysian Police through Interpol and the Nepali Embassy in Malaysia.
24-year-old Anil Kumar Sah of Mahottari and 40-year-old Dhan Bahadur Pradhan of Jhapa used to work together in Malaysia.
Sah killed Pradhan in Malaysia. He was arrested based on the information given by the relatives of the victim that he was coming to Nepal after the murder. Police arrested him at Tribhuvan International Airport while changing his identity.
According to the complaint of the deceased's wife, further investigation is ongoing in coordination with the Malaysian Police through Interpol and the Nepali Embassy in Malaysia, taking a deadline of 5 (five) days from the District Court Kathmandu in the crime case related to life.
