Bhaktapur Municipality has decided to provide Rs 6.45 million to COVID Unit of Khwapa Hospital in the district. The municipality is extending the financial aid to manage health equipment and emergency medicines required for the treatment of COVID patients in the hospital.
With this support, the hospital will establish an oxygen plant. According to Mayor Sunil Prajapati, the fund was collected from different helping hands and financial institutions at the request of the municipality.
The hospital is preparing to establish an isolation centre and HDU unit after the setup of the oxygen plant.
