According to Article 23 of the Congress Constitution, the Central Working Committee has a chairperson, deputy chairperson, general secretary, treasurer, and joint general secretary. The Leader of the Parliamentary Party and the Central Spokesperson will be the ex-officio members of the Central Performance Committee. The Central Working Committee will meet at least once a month.

At present, the Congress has 13 office bearers including the president, deputy president, general secretary, and joint general secretary, while treasurer and spokesperson are yet to be nominated. As Deuba is the leader of the Congress parliamentary party, the Central Performance Committee will have 46 members.
