Police arrested a man in possession of a huge cache of banned pharmaceuticals drugs at Nagdhunga Check Post in Chandragiri Municipality-2, Kathmandu.
The arrested has been identified as Dev Chaudhary (28) of Sisniya Rural Municipality-6 in Dang. He was found possessing 1,198 tablets of Nitravet, 50 ampoules of each Diazepam, Phenergan and Nufen.
Police personnel deployed from Metropolitan PoliceSector (MPS), Nagdhunga arrested Chaudhary after recovering the banned pharmaceutical drugs
He was travelling on a bus (Na 6 Kha 1457) heading towards Kathmandu from Dharan.
Further investigation into the case is underway, informed police.
