Second dose of AstraZeneca vaccine to be administered in Kathmandu

The second dose of AstraZeneca vaccine against COVID-19 will be given at eight local levels in Kathmandu from tomorrow. The District Health Office, Kathmandu, issued a notice on Monday stating that the vaccine will be given to those above 18 years old. 

According to the information, the second dose of the vaccine will be administered in Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Kirtipur Municipality, Chandragiri Municipality, Nagarjuna Municipality, Kageshwari Manohara Municipality, Tarkeshwar Municipality, Tokha Municipality and Gokarneshwar Municipality. According to the Health Office, the second dose of AstraZeneca will be available from five hospitals in the case of Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
