Police arrested two men on Tuesday morning near the Kathmandu Metropolitan City-15 Dallu Bridge along with four idols.
Among the arrested are two 18-year-olds from Sindhupalchok and Rasuwa. Police from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Swayambhu, found them in suspicious condition and arrested them after finding the idols hidden inside their jackets.
Further investigation is being carried out by the Metropolitan Police Circle Swayambhu after obtaining permission from the Kathmandu District Court for five more days in the case.
