Umesh Lama, who was issued a red notice by Interpol in the extortion case, has been arrested in Kuwait. 31-year-old Umesh Lama, a resident of Kavrepalanchok Chaurideurali Village-8, was absconding. He who was arrested in Kuwait in coordination with NCB Kuwait was brought back to Nepal on Tuesday for the purpose of being prosecuted in the related case.
