Solo Art Exhibition by Bahrain based Nepali artist

Under the patronage of Shaikh Rashid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, President of the National Council for Arts of Bahrain, the Embassy of Nepal in Manama and the Colours of the East art gallery have been organising a solo Art Exhibition by Bahrain-based Nepali artist, Ms. Madhu Sarda, in Seef Mall, Muharraq.

Shaikha Dhuwa Bint Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, a member of the National Arts Council and the representative of the President of the Arts Council was the chief guest at the inauguration of the art exhibition.

Attending the opening event were ambassadors and representatives of diplomatic missions, Government officials, artists, businesspersons, mediapersons and community members.

Ambassador Tirtha Raj Wagle, along with Director of the Colours of the East Mahdi Al Jallawi, and artist Madhu Sarda welcomed the chief guest and other distinguished guests at the event.

Artist Madhu Sarda provided a briefing and tour of her exhibited artwork, which included representation of the Mithila art of Nepal.

The exhibition will continue till 28 August 2023.
