Former UP CM Mulayam Singh Yadav passed away

Mulayam Singh Yadav, former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and founder of Samajwadi Party, has passed away.

The Party has confirmed the death of its founding leader at the age of 82.

He was undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital in Gurugram, Haryana for a week. He died during treatment.

He became the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for the first time in 1989 and won 3 times.
