Saudi Arabia will also grant Saudi citizenship to foreign nationals as well. A Saudi royal decree on Thursday granted foreign citizenship to highly skilled foreign nationals working in special fields, including medicine, science, culture, sports and technology.
Saudi Arabia plans to grant citizenship to foreign nationals by 2030. They have said the move is aimed at attracting highly skilled foreign manpower and making Saudi Arabia a hub of knowledge.
