Arghakhanchi Fire Updates: One more suffers

One more person succumbed to burns he suffered during a fire at Bhumikastan municipality in Arghakhanchi on Tuesday. With this, the death toll from the fire reaches four. 

Police identified the latest victim as Madhav Belbase, 36, of Bhumikstan-2 and he breathed his amidst the treatment at Kirtipur Hospital in Kathmandu, District Police Office Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police Mukund Rijal said. 

Before that, three people succumbed to injuries they suffered in the course of their failed attempts to put out the fire spread in the house of Padam Belbase of Tirtire of Bhumikasthan-2. They are Pitambar Belbase, 72, Padam himself, 55, and Ghanshyam Belbase, 52. 

Initially, the injured were rushed to the District Hospital Sandhikharka and then to the Mission Hospital Palpa. They were referred to Kathmandu and two: Pitambar and Padam died on the way and Ghanshyam passed away upon reaching the Kiritpur Hospital, according to local Bishnu Belbase. 

The fire was later doused with the help of Nepal Police, the Armed Police Force, and people's representatives. ---: one more succumbs
