Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokharel Thursday took stock of the under-construction Gautam Buddha International Cricket Stadium and inquired about the progress.
DPM Pokharel held a meeting with the Chairperson of Dhurmus Suntali Foundation, Sitaram Kattel, popularly known as ‘Dhurmus’, at his office in Singha Durbar and enquired about the construction works, said the DPM’s press advisor Ganesh Pandey.
DPM Pokharel also discussed the matters related to assistances the government could lend to complete the construction of the Chitwan-based stadium, he said.
