The Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport has committed to issue smart licenses to drivers within the next two months after they pass their trial.
Secretary at the Ministry Rabindra Nath Shrestha expressed his commitment to distribute smart licenses within two months in a discussion held at the Finance Committee of the House of Representatives on Monday.
"There will be no problem in distributing smart licenses within the next two months," he said. "If the trial is passed today, the licenses will be issued on the same day," Shrestha added.
