A minor earthquake has been felt at Lamjung, a hilly district in Gandaki province. According to the National Earthquake Measurement and Research Center, a magnitude 2.9 earthquake struck Dordi VDC-8 Bansar of the district at 10:13 this morning.
The epicenter was reported below the ground, and no damages have been reported yet. The district has been feeling the shocks of occasional earthquakes every month since last May.
