The Nepal Gorkha Foundation has provided 30 sets of oxygen cylinders to Mechinagar Municipality in Jhapa district today.
The Gorkha Foundation UK and Nepal jointly handed over the oxygen cylinders worth Rs 600,000 to the municipality.
Foundation's Chairman Nagendra Gurung handover those medical supplies to Municipality's chief Bimal Acharya.
With this donation, the number of cylinders has crossed 90 which were donated and some were bought by the municipality itself, informed Acharya, chief of the municipality.
Those cylinders will be distributed to the needy hospital and health post within the municipality, said Acharya.
