The government has dismissed 11 ambassadors appointed by the previous government led by former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
The meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Monday decided to terminate the ambassadors and to call them back, according to spokesperson for the government and Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Gyanendra Karki.
Likewise, the Cabinet meeting also decided to increase the number of flights to and from India. As per the decision, three flights a week will be allowed to operate to and from India.
Previously, only one flight a week was allowed.
