The College of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital (CMSTH) has launched an integrated outpatient department service. With this, patients visiting OPD at the hospital will receive all sorts of medical services from a single place.
"Now patients can get all sorts of medical services like ticketing, bookings, various medical tests and availability of medicines from a single place," said Residential Director of the hospital, Dr. Manohar Pradhan.
Areas for patient attendants have also been managed. "This is the first hospital in the country where patients can get all sorts of medical services from a single venue," he claimed.
There are 19 wards under 11 departments at the hospital.
The hospital has been offering various medical services like general surgery, stomach and liver surgery and neurosurgery, neurology and vascular among others. It receives more than 650 patients on a daily basis.
