Indian Embassy, Kathmandu organized a 'book release and discussion' program in Nepal-India Literature Festival' at the Nepal-India library.
Chief Guest of the program, B from Tax-Lotus of Girishchandra Lal, former Supreme Court of Nepal. Hindi book 'Nepal Me Hindi' published in collaboration with P Koirala Foundation was launched. Discussion on Nepali poets Mr. Sneh Sayami and Rajendra Shalabh's unique poetry compilation 'Ujale Ke Rang' and Nepali poetry compulsion of Sneh Saymi 'Chashma Ra Ankako Varta'. Hindi professor of Tribhuvan University Dr. Shweta Dipti, renowned poet Bidhan Acharya and senior writer Dr. Ramdayal Rakesh presented his views in the program.
Chief Guest Girishchandra Lal in his address highlighted the importance of culture and languages shared in the centuries old relations between Nepal and India.
A large number of writers, teachers, linguists and literature lovers were present in the program.
