Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, Tae-Young Park paid a courtesy call to Prakash Sharan Mahat, Finance Minister of Nepal.
Minister Mahat said that the countries have been maintaining a friendly relationship, and he hoped that the newly appointed Ambassador Park would further strengthen the bilateral relations between the two countries on the occasion of marking the 50th anniversary of the diplomatic ties of Korea-Nepal.
Ambassador Park said he would look for more opportunities for cooperation so that bilateral relations could further develop in celebration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries next year.
Ambassador Park and Minister Mahat discussed ways to cooperate between the two countries in the fields of ODA, economy, labor migration, and people-to-people exchanges, etc.
