From February 15, the liquor, cigarette, gutkha and tobacco industries have to issue electronic invoices (e-billing/computer billing) compulsorily. The Internal Revenue Department has issued a notice asking such industries to join the e-billing system.
After January, the industries producing alcohol, beer, wine, spirits, cigarettes and gutkha will have to compulsorily do e-billing in their transactions.
