Today marks the International Anti-Corruption Day. Transparency International (TI) is an organization that looks after anti-corruption cases.
Similarly, Nepal ranks at 117th position in the anti-corruption index 2020, according to Transparency International. Nepal is the third most corrupted country after Pakistan and Afghanistan, according to the report released by TI.
Likewise, Nepal's rank is only good than Pakistan and Afghanistan in South Asia. Pakistan ranks at 124th position while Afghanistan is ranked at 165th position.
According to TI, Bhutan is the least corrupted country in South Asia that is listed in the 24th position.
