Police in Saptari district have recently arrested a teenage boy on the charge of raping a 15-Year- old girl in Kanchanrup Municipality, on Friday.
The arrested has been identified as Sunil Kumar Yadav (19) of Baluwa in Kancharup-7.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of security personnel deployed from Kanchanpur-based Area Police Office arrested the accused.
Meanwhile, investigation into the case is underway, said police.
Over the past few years, rape cases are tremendously increasing in Nepal.
