Netra Vikram Chand Biplav was re-elected as the General Secretary in Kapilvastu. A central committee of 81 members and alternate central members of 45 have been elected from the convention.
Central Office Secretary Asal Chhetri informed that the decision for the convention will be announced in a press conference in Kathmandu. The ninth convention was held at Shivgarhi in Kapilvastu.
