CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has started a special election campaign from Darchula today. He has guaranteed in Khalanga of Darchula that the backward areas will be brought to the mainstream of development. Similarly, on the question of nationality, Oli has made a commitment that Nepal will not allow anyone to encroach even an inch of its land and to bring back the encroached land.
