The CPN UML has decided to form a working committee to resolve the disputes that surfaced within the party. The meeting held between Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also the chairperson of the party, and senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has decided to form a 10-member team for the purpose.
The working committee will include Surendra Pandey, Bhim Rawal, Ghanashyam Bhusal, Gokarna Bista, and Raghuji Pant from Nepal’s faction. Similarly, Subas Nembang, Bishnu Rimal, Bishnu Prasad Poudel, Shankar Pokhrel, and Pradeep Gywalai will join the team from Oli’s faction.
The team has been given three days to find a solution to the issues that have been dogging the party but the deadline could be extended if required.
