Visiting India’s Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s Foreign Affairs Department In-Charge Vijay Chauthaiwale called on CPN UML Chairperson and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli today.
The meeting between the two held at Oli’s personal residence at Balkot in Bhaktapur held a discussion on various issues relating to bilateral relations between Nepal and India, according to the secretariat of Chairperson Oli.
Chauthaiwale, in his Twitter, shared that during the meeting with the leader of the major opposition party in Nepal, they discussed further progressing India-Nepal ties.
Earlier, on Sunday, visiting Chauthaiwale had also paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba.
