Ten sessions fixed for Supreme Court today

The Supreme Court has refused to issue an interim order on a writ petition filed regarding the number of ministers in Sudurpaschim Province.

Supreme court's Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jabra has fixed two single benches and eight joint benches for Monday. According to the Supreme Court, Chief Justice Jabra has also ordered the hearing of all kinds of cases.

According to the Supreme Court, Jabra has scheduled a single sitting for himself today. The notice says, Justices Deepak Kumar Karki and Meera Khadka, Harikrishna Karki and Tanka Bahadur Moktan, Vishwambhar Prasad Shrestha and Sushmalata Mathema, Vam Kumar Shrestha and Nahkul Subedi, Prakar Kumar Dhungana and Kumar Regmi, Prakashman Singh Raut and Hari Prasad Phuyal, Tej Bahadur KC and Dr Kumar Chudal, Tej Bahadur KC and Dr A joint sitting has been fixed for Kumar Chudal.

Similarly, Chief Justice and Justice Dr A has been fixed for a single bench for Manoj Kumar Sharma. Even today, legal practitioners have been protesting demanding the resignation of Chief Justice Jabra.
