The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has stated that a misleading lie has been spread that there is match-fixing in the ongoing Nepal T-20 League. CAN said this after news came out in various media outlets about match-fixing a few days ago.
On Wednesday, CAN released a statement saying that it has drawn attention to the spread of confusion and rumors about fixing. CAN have also requested to lodge a complaint with the Nepal T-20 League's 'Anti-Corruption Unit' along with evidence if anyone finds out about the fixing.
