Along with Nepal, host Palestine, UAE, and Northern Mariana Islands are in this group. The top team of the qualifiers will enter the second round.
The second round of qualifiers will be held from June 3 to 11.
From the second round, four teams will qualify for the U20 Women's Asian Cup to be held in Uzbekistan in 2024. 16 teams will compete in the Asia Cup.
