Ford Nepal successfully conducted ‘Off to Nuwakot’, a part of customer engagement program focusing upon demonstration of 4x4 ranges lifestyle trucks of Ford. Its major objective was also to promote internal tourism along with uplifting the idea of expedition
The one-day family event was a short getaway from Kathmandu valley to one of the ancient and historic grounds of Nepal and was conducted via Tokha-Shivapuri route.
The idea of Off to Nuwakot was to emphasize the culture of exploration and travel along with the demonstration of Ford lifestyle. With approximately 40 participants Ford made its way to Nuwakot with several activities in between such as jungle excursion, zip line and site-seeing. The event came to an end after visiting Nuwa Estate Farms which promotes sustainable coffee farming in Nuwakot.
“The idea of 4x4 event comes along with market development and promotion of Ford adventure vehicles i.e. Ford Ranger, Ford Ranger Raptor and the new line up, Ford Everest. All these capable ranges are from Thailand and known for the performance and capabilities”, says the Ford Nepal representative
Ford Nepal conducts several expeditions every year as a part of their adventure event. Some successful events in the past are Drive to Manang, Drive to Lo-Mangthan and Mustang Adventures.
