CPN UML party unity

The Central Committee meeting of CPN UML called by the party faction led by senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has been postponed.

The 10-member taskforce formed by the ruling party CPN UML to resolve the disputed issues in the party has neared consensus.

CPN UML chairperson KP Sharma Oli and the party's senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal held a conversation over the phone today.

The faction of CPN UML led by Madhav Kumar Nepal has decided to respond to the six-point proposal presented by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also the party chair, for maintaining party unity.
