Karnali River has intensified the erosion near the Tikapur Park at Tikapur-5 of Kailali district.

The People's Embankment Office, Mahendranagar, is constructing a 1,120-meter-long embankment along the Doda River, Kanchanpur at a cost of Rs.59.1 million.

People from over a dozen of villages, including Sarasa, Rampur and Labatoliya from Dhanushadham Municipality in Janakpur district.
